$255 - These sessions are not timed.  Please block off 3 hours in your schedule for this appointment type. Most sessions are around 90 minutes and it's helpful to have free time after.

EFT Tapping Foundations

This special program is designed to gently introduce you to the practice of EFT Tapping and help you build a simple, supportive practice you can return to anytime.

In this offer you will receive two live EFT Tapping sessions, along with five guided videos you can watch at home.

Together we will explore:

• Introduction to EFT Tapping – Learn the tapping points and the basics of the practice
• Tapping as Meditation – How tapping can help calm the mind and support a meditation practice
• Clearing the Stories We Carry – Using tapping to release emotional patterns and beliefs that keep us stuck
• Tapping for Yourself and Others – Simple ways to use EFT for personal support and to help those around you

To help the practice integrate naturally, it is recommended to move through one session or one video per week for six weeks. This pacing allows time for the techniques to settle into your daily life and become part of your personal toolkit for emotional balance.

This program also serves as the prerequisite for our advanced EFT Tapping classes, where we explore deeper applications of the practice.

• Keeping House with Tapping – Using tapping to identify and soothe the emotions that arise around our belongings and daily responsibilities.

What is tapping?

Tapping on acupressure points helps calm the nervous system and our thoughts. It allows us a process for feeling a sense of release, shifting our negative mind, deepening meditation skills, and improving our ability to focus on our goals. I have seen it help reduce stress patterns around pain conditions, headaches, and improve self esteem, clear fears and anxieties, improve relationships and help people learn more quickly.
