Gentle Yoga Class

"Daytime Movement for a Great Night’s Sleep"

1 hr 24 minutes, no props
This energizing class is designed to improve your nightly rest by encouraging movement and intentional breathwork during the day. You’ll cycle through practices including guided Ujjayi breathing, gentle spinal visualization, and mindful eye exercises to relax the mind and body. The movement flow incorporates strengthening work for the legs, hips, ankles, and core, as well as standing postures to build heat and melt away the day’s tension. Grounding visualizations nurture a sense of trust, safety, and letting go—extending from physical alignment into emotional readiness for restful sleep. Reflective pauses and affirmations help you release worry, set healing intentions, and prepare your body for deep, restful, and rejuvenating sleep each night.
