That is your life force and power being the healer that you are. Healing Sessions are experiential and educational. I believe everyone is capable of neuroplasiticy and conscious creation in our life.
The techniques I share in a Healing Session include: Tapping, Hypnotherapy, Theta Healing, Chakra Balancing, & Magnified Healing. A session will start with discussion of the intention of the session and the techniques we will use.
These sessions can help: reduce stress, manifestation, and build life skills. For example a client choose to work on anxiety while driving with gps. We worked together to calm the resistance to technology, and build trust and the ability to adapt to this way of letting technology lead and work for her. She can now drive anywhere using GPS. Healing Sessions are done in person or in zoom. Zoom is suggested for ease, as you don't have to drive, as well you can have a recording of the session. They are usually around 90 minutes and are not timed.
